Born on the 23rd of February, 1979 in Dnepropetrovsk. In 1997 f nished Kiev State Ballet school. From 1997 till 2001 and since 2003 was the leading dancer of the Kiev National Opera. He performd the leading parts of theatre repertoire. His repertoire includes the main parties in the ballets: Don Quixote, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Giselle, Carmen Suite, Le Sylphide, La bayadere, Raymonda, Le Corsaire,The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet and Manon (by McMillan), Emaralds, Rubies, Theme and variations, Prodigical Son, Les Sylphides (Chopiniana), La f lle mal Gardee, Cinderella.

In 2001/2002 was the premiere dancer of Mariinsky Theatre. In 2002-05 he danced as a guest soloist at National Theatre in Tokyo.

In 2005 he is a soloist at Yury Grigirivich Ballet Theatre in Krasnodar.

He is the Gran Prix winner of the International Dance Artists Competition in Luxemburg (1997), and of Rudolf Nureev International Contest in Budapest (1998). He is the First Prize winner and Vaslav Nijinsky Prize winner of the International Classical and Modern Dance Contest in Nagoya (Japan, 1999). In 2005 he won Grand Prix of Х International Moscow Ballet Competition and joined the Bolshoi Ballet Company. His repertory includes: Prince Siegfried (Swan Lake), Albrecht (Giselle), Solor (La Bayadère), Basil (Don Quixote), James (La Sylphide), Spartacus (Spartacus), Boris (The Golden Age).

He toured with Bolshoi Ballet in London (2007) and Paris (2008). Participated in Yury Grigirivich Gala at Covent Garden (2007). He has been regularly invited as the guest soloist to dance in Milan, Tokio and others.

Nowadays he is the solist of Mikhailovskiy Ballet in St. Petersburg
