Born in Leningrad. Graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in 2004 (class of Professor Gennady Selyutsky), joined the Mariinsky Ballet. Became a soloist in 2010.

Giselle (Count Albrecht Hans), Swan Lake (Siegfried, Spanish Dance), The Sleeping Beauty (Désiré), Raymonda (Abderakhman, Grand рas), Pas de deux from The Talisman, Don Quixote (Espada), Le Papillon (choreography by Marie Taglioni), Pétrouchka (Pétrouchka), The Fountain of Bakhchisarai (Vaslav), Romeo and Juliet (Romeo, Mercutio), Grand pas classique by Viktor Gzovsky, Shurale (Shurale), Spartacus (Harmodius), The Legend of Love (Vizier, Friends of Ferkhad), The Stone Flower (Severian), Carmen-Suite (Torero), Sylvia (Orion), The Nutcracker (the Nutcracker Prince), The Magic Nut (Hungarian Groom, Young Drosselmeyer) 11 roles in George Balanchine’s ballets, also roles in ballets by William Forsythe, Harald Lander Christopher Wheeldon Angelin Preljocaj, Roland Petit, Jiří Bubeníček, Wayne McGregor, Alexei Miroshnichenko, Anton Pimonov, Nikita Dmitrievsky, David Dawson, Yuri Smekalov.

Choreographic works at the Mariinsky Theater: At the Wrong Time (2019), the numbers Porcelain and Pioneer Suite (both 2020), the ballets 12 by Boris Tishchenko (2022, St. Petersburg Golden Spotlight Award), Coppelia by Leo Delibes and Concert Dances by Igor Stravinsky (both 2024).
Choreographer of the operas Tales of Hoffmann (2021), Lacme (2021), Salambo (2025), as well as dance numbers in the interiors of the Mikhailovsky Palace (2021). In April 2021, he made his debut as a reader in a performance of Stravinsky's The Story of a Soldier at the Mariinsky Theatre Concert Hall. Also he created Swan Lake (Nizhny Novgorod, 2025).

Recipient of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan’s award For Achievements in Culture (2009). Winner of the highest theater award Golden Sofit (St. Petersburg, 2007, 2016).
