Tina Martin studied at the School of Richmond Ballet, Boston Ballet School, and North Carolina School of the Arts.

Now in her 15th season with Ballet Florida in West Palm Beach Florida, Ms. Martin is also in great demand as a guest artist for other nationally renowned companies. Recently she performed in Portugal as a principal dancer with the Tulsa Ballet, as a featured principal at the Alvin Ailey Dance Company's Gala celebration, and with the Sintra Festival.

Her principal roles have included Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Marguerrite in Lady of the Camellias, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Sugar Plum in The Nutcracker, Mountain Queen in The Stone Flower, Cinderella in Cinderella, Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream and principal roles in shorter ballets from choreographers including Martins, Nebrada, Mclntyre, Lubovitch, Tharp, Forsythe and Walsh. Ms. Martin is thrilled to be performing at the legendary Bolshoi theatre and very grateful for the nomination to the Benois de la Danse Prise.
