1974 November 22. born in Tokyo. Trained under his father Sei Kanamori in his childhood. And after he joined Asami Maki Ballet school & company where he studied under Asami Maki and Kyozo Mitani.　　

1992 September. He joined Rudra Bejart Lausanne. Where he stadied various classes including classical and modern ballet, theatre and improvisation for two years at under Maurice Bejart. While he was in Lausanne, he started to take interest in choreographing and created his first choreography “You Must Know” during the school's spring break in 1994. “You Must Know” was evaluated highly by Michel Gascard and the piece was performed in Italy and France as part of the program for the school's performance.
