After graduating from the Shanghai Dance School’s Ballet Major in 2018, GUO Wenjin joined Dutch National Ballet and later the Shanghai Ballet in 2020.

Repertoire of Principal Dancer includes: principal roles in Lily (choreographer WANG Ge), The White-haired Girl, Giselle, and Swan Lake (Derek Deane); important roles in Le Fantôme de l'Opéra (Derek Deane), A Sigh of Love (Bertrand d’At), and The Lady of the Camellias (Shanghai Ballet Version, Derek Deane). She has performed in the Bright Red Star (ZHAO Ming), The Burning Youth (LIU Ligong), The Nutcracker (Shanghai Grand Theatre Version, Derek Deane), etc.

Among her awards are:
Silver Award of Junior Division in the 4th Beijing International Ballet and Choreography Competition, 3rd Prize in the Prix de Lausanne (2018), 2nd Place in the Youth American Grand Prix, Gold Award of Group Ballet Division in the 2nd International United Cloud Dance Competition.
