Having won the First prize of the National Supreme Dance Conservatoire
in Paris in 1988, Isabelle Ciaravola entered the Paris Opera Ballet school.
She studied there for two years and in 1990 joined Paris Opera Corps de
Ballet. In 1993 she became Coryphée. She participated in many ballets both
in France and abroad (Japan, USA, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Greece, Italy,
Spain, China).

In 2000 she became the soloist and in 2003 the Première danseuse.
Her repertoire includes: Nutcracker (Arabian Dance), La Bayadère (1ère
variation), Roméo and Juliette (Rosaline), Don Quichotte (La Reine des
Dryades); Stepping Stones and Bella Figura by Jiří Kylián, Jewels, Emeralds,
(1er pas de deux), Paquita (Doña Serafina), Clavigo (A Foreigner) by Roland
Petit, La Petite Danseuse de Degas by Patrice Bart. She also danced the
parties in Sérénade and Libeslieder Walzer by George Balanchine, The
Seventh Luna by Davide Bombana, Suite en blanc by Serge Lifar.

In 2004-2005 she danced the principal party in La Sylphide by Pierre Lacott,
Cinderella by Nureev, L'arlésienne by Roland Petit.
In 2006 — La Bayadère (Nikya), Manon in La Dame aux camélias by Neumeier,
Approximate sonata by Forsythe, La Sieste, La Flûte, Le Thème varié, Miracles.
And also, Doña Serafna in Paquita (Lacotte d'après Mazilier et Petipa, 2001),
Garance in Les Enfants du paradis (Martinez, 2008), Tatiana in Onéguine
(Cranko, 2009). Répliques, (Nicolas Paul, 2009), Spectre de la rose (2009). After
the premiere of Onegin (Сranko) where she dances the role Tatiana, on
April 16, 2009 she was nommee «Étoile».
