Benois de la Danse laureate

Born in St. Petersburg. She graduated from the A. Vaganova Russian Ballet Academy (L. Kovaliova's class). In her last year at ballet school she became a probationer at the Mariinsky Theatre. In 1995 she was promoted to a soloist and then to a principle dancer.

Her repertoire includes: Giselle (Giselle), Kitri (Don Quixote), Masha (Nutcracker), Pas de Trois (Swan Lake), Pas de Trois (Shadows in La Bayadere), Grand Pas (Pakhita), Gulnara (Corsaire), Spectre de la Rose, Pas de Quatre (Cerrito), Firebird (Firebird), In the Night (1st Duet), Symphony in C (Third movement), Tchaikovsky Pas de deux, Carmen (Carmen), Jewels (Rubies), Manon (Manon), LeJeune homme et la mort (Girl), Spring and Fall (by J. Neumeier), Souns of Empty Pages (by J. Neumeier), Now and Then (by J. Neumeier).

Laureate of Prix de Lausanne (1994).
Laureate of Benois de la Danse Prize (1995), Isadora Duncan Dance Award (1995), “Golden Sophite” (1996), “Baltika” (1998).
Laureate of the Highest Theatrical Award in Russia “Golden Mask” (2001).
